Dr. Jason Bell

Executive Director

Jason Bell serves as Executive Director of the Tennessee Rural Education Association (TNREA) and brings over 25 years of experience in public education with Polk County Schools. A dedicated rural education leader, he focuses on strengthening collaboration, elevating rural perspectives, and expanding opportunities for students and educators across Tennessee’s rural communities.

Dr. Jared Myracle

Executive Board Member

Dr. Jared Myracle is an experienced education executive with a track record of raising academic achievement and operational excellence. He has successfully led educators through strategic growth and systems improvement initiatives to raise student outcomes in school, district, and state leadership roles.

Dr. Ryan Goodman

Executive Board Member

Ryan Goodman has over 20 years of experience in education, serving as a teacher, principal, district administrator, and state-level consultant. He currently serves in executive roles with other associations in addition to TNREA and was named the 2024 Tennessee CTE Administrator of the Year. He is passionate about advancing rural initiatives in Career and Technical Education.

Patrick Fraley

Executive Board Member

Patrick has been involved in Rural Education as a Teacher, Coach and Administrator at both the School and District level for nearly 35 years. He retired from Hawkins County Schools as the attendance supervisor in 2023 and has continued to work part time for them as a Project Manager and recently went to work for Ballad Health as a Pathway Advisor in their Academy to counsel students in their pursuit of health care careers on an accelerated pace. Patrick is passionate about providing opportunities to rural students through educational innovation.
